Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains under what circumstances Interview Insider will issue refunds for paid course enrollments. By purchasing a course, you agree to the terms below.
1. Digital Product — No General Refunds
Our courses are digital products delivered immediately upon successful payment. Once your enrollment is activated and any course content has been viewed or downloaded, the purchase is final and non-refundable.
2. When You Are Eligible for a Refund
We will issue a full refund in the following limited cases:
- Duplicate payment — you were charged more than once for the same course due to a payment gateway error.
- Access failure — your enrollment could not be activated due to a technical issue on our end and we are unable to resolve it within seven (7) working days.
- No content accessed — you request a refund within seven (7) days of purchase AND you have not accessed any lesson, mentor session, or premium resource.
3. How to Request a Refund
Send an email to hello@interviewinsider.in from the email address associated with your account. Include:
- Your full name and registered email
- Razorpay Payment ID (visible on your payment confirmation email)
- Reason for the refund request
We will respond within three (3) working days. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within seven (7) to ten (10) working days, depending on your bank.
4. Non-Refundable Items
- Courses where any lesson has been started or downloaded
- Mentor sessions that have been booked and attended
- Courses purchased more than seven (7) days ago
- Promotional / discounted purchases (unless explicitly stated otherwise at the time of purchase)
5. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank — we will work in good faith to resolve any payment issue. Chargebacks filed without prior contact may result in suspension of your account.
